Collector's home selfie! 😁 This was a platter designed to sit on a table, but she needed it to hang, so I attached square acrylic standoffs to the back. It hangs on a single screw anchor and stands 1 1/4" off the wall, creating a nice shadow and dimensionality. ❤️🤳

This collector saw one of my pieces in Artful Home and imagined a larger version for her Tiffany blue dining room! It was a challenge to grind the edges of such a large slab of glass, and I had to develop a custom mold to shape the platter, but I love it! And now I have new mold-making technique, thanks to the challenge she provided! 💪

I brought this ginormous platter to @artistsgalleryec, and a fellow artist thought it was the perfect scale for her large dining table. When I brought it over to her beautiful home with its soaring ceilings, large windows and distant views, I had to agree -- that table wanted a showpiece.
