Returns & Exchanges Policy

Overview

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange it for another work of art of equal value.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Use the original shipping and packing materials, and insure the package for its full value. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.

Send an email to karenwallaceglass@gmail.com, or respond to your order confirmation email, to initiate the process. I’ll provide you with the return shipping address and put a hold on the item you want to exchange it for.

Gifts

If the item was purchased by someone else and shipped directly to you, the original purchaser will receive the refund.
