Three Pieces Accepted into Art Howard County 2023

Exciting news! THREE of my pieces were accepted into Art Howard County, a biennial multimedia juried exhibit. Amber Vanilla Interlocking, Intersection, and Tangerine Cream will be on display at the Howard County Arts Council from October 13 to November 18, 2023.

Tangerine Cream won the 3D category!

Amber Vanilla Interlocking Bowl

Evoking the glory of autumn, bold swaths of red and vanilla-bronze glass interlock at the heart of this bowl, surrounded by a sea of amber with delicate cream swirls. Windows of clear interspersed within the vanilla-bronze stripes allow light to shine through despite the heft and solidity. Read more about this piece.

Intersection Bowl

Glowing amber glass with clouds of white and threads of black billows between swaths of bold red. The red segments are made up of dozens of individual strips of glass, set on edge with clear windows to look through the bowl, giving a subtle striated look to the glass that is reminiscent of wood grain. Tangerine Cream Bowl

1700 segments of intricately patterned glass cane in creamy vanilla and juice tangerine hues compose this graceful bowl. Read more about this piece.
